Need a different size? We offer free exchanges on all full-price items. Just follow the return process above and mention your preferred size—we'll ship your exchange as soon as we receive your return.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your shipping method).

What if my package is lost or damaged?

We've got you covered. If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at support@unltdbydesign.com. We'll either reship your order or issue a full refund—your choice.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes, we ship to PO Boxes for standard shipping within the US. Express and overnight shipping require a physical street address.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, but if you need to make changes, contact us ASAP at support@unltdbydesign.com. We can modify or cancel orders that haven't been shipped yet.
